This version of the plugin works with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects CC.

Premiere Pro

Locate the plugin in the Effects window under Video Effects / Scopes category:

Then simply drag and drop it onto the clip or layer.

After Effects

Locate the plugin in the Effects window under Scopes category:

Then simply drag and drop it onto the composition.
